The people of Covid-19 prepare a detailed report of minor to severe symptoms. Out of this, there are Cold, Cough, and Fever Common Symptoms.

Recently, some studies have shown that many people suffering from this also experience gastrointestinal issues such as vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea.   • Oatmeal
  • Boiled potatoes

This whole food will help you in the whole day. Eating such small meals throughout the day will prevent the digestive system from working more.

  • Stay hydrated
  • Do not eat unhealthy food.

When to see a doctor
