White Discharge During Pregnancy

Prenatal vitamins contain higher levels of nutrients that expectant mothers require at doses, such as:

  • Calcium
  • Iron

A multivitamin will include DHA, EPA. These are omega-3 fats that are very important for a baby’s proper brain growth. Don’t take more than one dose of vitamins; some vitamins in higher amounts can harm your baby.

Do get lots of sleep

Changing hormone levels and anxiety make sleep elusive during the nine months of your pregnancy. However, pregnancy is demanding, especially in your final trimester, and you will need your sleep.

Eat seafood

Seafood is loaded with multivitamins and minerals, such as omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, and Iron. 

These are important for mom and baby. But undercooked and raw seafood can cause some problems.

Eat homemade healthy and fresh food and avoid eating outdoors because you don’t know what harmful colors or additives are in it that can harm your baby.

To gain weight smartly

The “eat for two” advice to mothers isn’t a license to eat whatever you’d like.  

Take a healthy and balanced diet as much as possible, and do not think about your calorie intake during this time because you have to think about your baby’s health more than your weight.

Eat homemade healthy and fresh food and avoid eating outdoors because you don’t know what harmful colors or additives are in it that can harm your baby.

Many women vomit a lot during these first three months, and they cannot eat anything properly. So instead of eating more at once, eat in small portions but eat again and again.

Alcohol may affect your baby’s development. People who drink alcohol while women are pregnant could deliver a baby with fetal alcohol syndrome.

Don’t drink caffeine

Caffeine can go through the placenta and increase the baby’s heart rate. Research suggests that women can consume a cup or two of coffee each day.
