Generally, people consume vitamins at 400-800 IU / day or 10-20 micrograms. Daily intake of 1000–4000 IU (25–100 micrograms) is required to maintain optimal blood levels.

  • Children:- 5-10 mg
  • Pregnant women and lactating mothers: 5 micrograms (200 IU)
