The doctors examine a temperature of 100.4°F. A person with a high fever will feel hot to touch their forehead, chest, or back.

Dry cough
A dry cough does not produce mucus.
According to the United Kingdom’s NHS, if a person notices they are coughing for over an hour or have coughing episodes in a day, they may have coronavirus.

Shortness of breath
Shortness of breath is a subjective feeling. However, those experiencing shortness of breath may feel as if they are suffocating, or shortness of breath or breathing difficulties.

Fatigue
Fatigue is a feeling of loss of energy and tiredness. A person with fatigue may feel weak, drained, or sluggish.
