There is no cure for endometriosis. It involves the use of surgery or medicine.
You can use a pain reliever. You can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) or naproxen (Alev). If this does not relieve the pain, there is another option.
