Vitamin B1 (Thiamine)

Also called antineurotic vitamin (antineutrino) or antiberiberi substance.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine, Pyridoxal, and pyridoxamine)

Daily requirement : 2 mg, destroyed by cooking, oral contraceptives.

Functions: Its function is the metabolism of fatty acids.
