What is Neurasthenia?

Neurasthenia is expressing by extreme tiredness, headache, loss of sleep, and other physical symptoms of the body and thought to result from long-time stress.

The physical strength of such a person is less, and there is no ability to tolerate it at all, and he remains troubled in the tug-of-war of the world. Thus, when a person has low nervous power, he gets neurasthenia disease.

Causes of neurasthenia

If you have neurasthenia, it may causes include

Gas: If you have a problem with gas due to any reason or any it affects your brain or brain more, due to which the memory of the person starts becoming weak, and the person gets this disease.

Due to lack of nutrition: If there is a lack of nutrition in your body or any person, that person starts having many problems. Due to lack of nutrition, nutrition does not reach the brain, due to which a person can get this disease.

Due to physical labor: When a person does a lot of work in a day which is much more than his physical capacity, then his body, as well as his mind, is affected, due to which the person can also get this disease. 

Symptoms of neurasthenia

The main Symptoms are  include:

  • Palpitations
  • Increased heartbeats
  • Excess sweating
  • Flushing of skin
  • Dysmenorrhea 
  • Body pain, Back pain

  • Headache, Feelings of hopelessness
  • Digestive problems
  • Sexual dysfunction,
  • Insomnia
  • Poor memory, Chronic worry
  • Fear of disease
  • Irritability
  • Dry mouth or hypersalivation 
  • Heat insensitivity
  • Dysphagia 
  • Skin infection
  • Tremors


The patient should walk barefoot on the grass in the morning.

If there is some distance work, then instead of the vehicle, you should go on foot.

You should rest as much as possible.

The mind should be kept calm by staying away from stress.

People who get this disease should avoid consuming alcohol, cigarettes, sourness, pickles, etc.

  • Provide analgesics, laxatives to the patient to relieve the medical symptoms.
  • Teach the patient how to deal with stress, which coping strategies that the patient has to use.
